Good Morning Disciples of Jesus Christ. Wow, I just finished a teaching by Father Chris Alar on Explaining the Faith on the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord, Jesus Christ. This is by far one of his most important and best teachings we have posted in this blog. It is a long video, but worth every second spent on learning the importance of the Precious Blood devotion of Our Lord Jesus Christ and how it parallels and relates to the sacrificial lamb at Passover. We have to remember that Our Lord teaches us about His Divinity through ways that relate to our every day lives and if we have Spiritual eyes and ears opened through the Graces of the Holy Spirit, we have understanding of what He is showing us, just like He did when He spoke in parables in the gospels to His Disciples.

Our Lord and the Holy Family followed all of the Jewish Laws, Commandments, Customs and Traditions of the Old Testament in obedience to God Our Father in Heaven. Thus, it is important for us to understand how God Our Father used Our Lord as a sacrifice for a New Blood Covenant with His Children. Leviticus, 17:11, “For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.”

It is as if God Our Father was setting us up to understand that through His creation, we must make atonement for our sins through the sacrifice of the unblemished lamb, He created in expiation of our sins. Thus, the sacrifice of His Most Beloved Son, Jesus Christ, who is without sin, is the ultimate Sacrifice He made with us for the expiation of all of our sins for the whole world! This is why we can’t get to the Father unless we go through His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the unblemished lamb, that shed His Precious Blood for our eternal redemption. But, this sacrifice was not made in vain for us to continue to live a life of sin, it was made for us to overcome sin! Our Lord’s Sacrifice and God Our Father’s Sacrifice must not be taken for granted, it must be meditated on and prayed to Our Lord for full understanding of how His Precious Blood allows us the Graces to overcome all sin, both mortal and venial, and how to become saints through our detachment from sin. We pray for gifts of the Holy Spirit in teaching others the understanding of this ultimate sacrifice for all who seek You Lord, with all of their hearts, minds, and souls. We pray for the Salvation of Souls through Your Divine Mercy now, and especially at the Warning/Illumination of Conscience. We pray for the gifts to assist all of the Priests and Pastors during this time for the Salvation of Souls.
