Good Morning Disciples of Jesus Christ. Since we didn’t focus on the Feast Day of the Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ last week, we will talk about it today and how important it is right now in reparation of our sins and the sins mounting all over the world. When we repent of our sins, we don’t just repent of our sins to Jesus, but we also ask Jesus for reparation of our sins and the sins of others. Why do we do this? Because we are all intercessors in prayer for each other. We ask for the forgiveness of not only our sins, but for the sins and offenses committed against the Sacred Heart of Our Lord, against the Blessed Trinity, and against the Immaculate Heart of Our Mother. There are many sacrileges going on right and it is heart wrenching, but we must persevere in prayer and asking Jesus for His Spirit to guide us in how to protect His Church and His Holy Eucharist. Next, here is a very powerful message from Father Mark Goring on standing up against desecration of Saint Statues and a Priest that stood with the lay people of this Parish to prevent this Saint Statue in Ventura, California from being torn down, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWOQmfIhJzU. We agree with Father Mark that we must stand up against tyrannical individuals and the desecration of Our Saint Statues, Churches and worst of all the Tabernacles and the Most Holy Eucharist. But, this has to be done with only Love, and the Holy Spirit guiding you so that worse things do not come out of an already bad situation. Disciples, this is just the beginning of the persecution against all Christians and this may be your call from Jesus to Serve Him by protecting His Church. However, we must shield and armor ourselves with the Holy Spirit against the principalities of evil that Ralph Martin was talking about in the previous post. Ephesians 6:11-17, “Put on the armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the tactics of the devil. For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens. Therefore, put on the armor of God, that you may be able to resist on the evil day and, having done everything, to hold your ground. So stand fast with your loins girded in truth, clothed with righteousness as a breastplate, and your feet shod in readiness for the gospel of peace. In all circumstances, hold faith as a shield, to quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”

If you are praying to God to be the best Disciple you can be for Him, then He will guide all your actions with His Spirit. We have to stay immersed in God’s Word and pray for this armor daily so that when we make these decisions with the guidance from the Holy Spirit, we will be protected in all ways physically, spiritually and emotionally. So, as we study Our Lord’s Sacred Heart and consecrate ourselves to Him, He is transforming us and allowing us to receive these graces of armor that he has promised. Lastly, here is a video I found while researching Sacred Heart devotions and the Sacrileges that are currently occurring. We believe this is a good video in learning how to protect your Parish Churches, but again, it has to be done with Spiritual armor so that we don’t make any mistakes that the devil is tempting us with an action that could cause more division and hate. Everything must go through your Parish Priests and it is also good to understand that as we protect Our Churches, it is a good time to evangelize and sew the seed of the gospel. Most of these kids that are attacking our Churches may not even know Jesus, or God Our Father.
