Good Afternoon Disciples of Jesus Christ. As we continue to study God’s Holy Word, we must understand the importance of prophecy because Our Lord tells us this in 1 Corinthians 12:27-28. https://biblia.com/bible/niv/1-corinthians/12/27-28.

So, all of the gifts are important and all of the gifts work in unity to glorify God. However, we have to also understand that there is an order that God has set for these gifts. The first being apostles, because we are all called to be like the first apostles in assisting Jesus Christ with the Salvation of Souls. The rest of the gifts fall in succession according to importance because it is in these gifts that assist in converting unbelievers into believers, but the most important are at the beginning of the list . We are told to strive eagerly for all of the gifts, but God has it already predestined for each of us of what those gifts are to be and how we are to use them in accordance to His Divine Will. So, if Prophecy is second on the list to Apostles, how important do we believe this gift is in the eyes of God? Very important! Why is this gift important?

If we are not clearly discerning on our own what Our Lord is trying to reveal to us because of Our lack of faith, or because we are still blinded by our own sins and lack of holiness, then who else is going to wake us up out of our Spiritual blindness than God’s chosen prophets and push us to get closer to God and change our ways to not be lost as His Children?

“²⁰ Brothers and sisters, do not be children in your thinking; yet in evil be infants, but in your thinking be mature. ²¹ In the ^[a]Law it is written: “By men of strange tongues and by the lips of strangers I will speak to this people, and even so they will not listen to Me,” says the Lord. ²² So then, tongues are for a sign, not to those who believe but to unbelievers; but prophecy is not for unbelievers, but for those who believe.”

So, if the gifts that are on the lower portion of the list are to be used by the mature believers that emulate the apostles for the conversion of souls of unbelievers, then Prophecy is for the mature believers in advancing their own Spirituality and Faith. If you are one who is skeptical of Prophets and prophecy, then pray about it and ask Our Lord to reveal to you if there is anything that He wants you to hear in the prophetic message. All prophets and prophecy should be tested to ensure the message and prophets are truly from God. But, this fear of the unknown should never impede your knowledge of God’s Holy Word on all of the Spiritual gifts. It doesn’t mean that you are not trying to be holy if you don’t believe in prophecy, it just means that you still have some Spiritual advancement to work on personally with Our Lord. This is why the road to being a Saint is always a spiritual journey for all of us individually, because we all have our own time for Spiritual advancement, and Our Lord waits patiently on our desire to seek Him more and more for all of the virtues and Spiritual gifts with Graces He bestows on us for Transformation.

Let us Pray – Lord, we continue to seek You daily for all of the Graces we are still lacking in our own spiritual advancement to be Your Disciples in these times. If we lack boldness, we pray for boldness. If we lack Faith, we pray for an increase in Faith. If we lack understanding, wisdom, and knowledge, we pray for these gifts so that we know we are in Your Divine Will, even in understanding prophecy. Lord, we know that we must conquer humility first to advance in any Spiritual gift. Please continue to teach us the gift of humility so that we can continue to purge our defects in this purgative stage we are in right now. We ask this in Your mighty name, Jesus Christ. Amen.

We must understand that we are all going through trials right now, even though we are all trying to live in God’s Divine Will, and be obedient to Him. We are personally going through our own trials right now to get more land to be used for a refuge, but we are constantly praying everyday for Our Lord to show us where He wants us to go for this land to be a refuge consecrated to Him for the Salvation of Souls.

Yesterday we received an email from Mary Ann and her husband Robert who are followers of this blog on an event that occurred at their refuge, that forced them to evacuate. Here is the email that she has asked us to share. Please pray for Mary Ann and Robert to receive guidance from Our Lord on what to do next for their consecrated refuge. Here is Mary Ann’s email:

“I think those of us who have refuges have become complacent & feel that nothing will happen to our refuges since we are prepared to take in others during the coming persecution & disasters.   We had said all the dedication prayers, blessed our exterior border with blessed salt and exercised holy water several times when danger approached.  A Mass was said in our home.  We did the prayers and sign of the cross on the entrance of our property.  Plus many other spiritual protections with sacramentals.  We felt very safe and secure.
This belief was badly shaken when we had to evacuate our home last Friday due to the Snake River Complex Fire in Idaho.  

We were refugees for five days but now are back into our home but are on stage 2 meaning we have to be ready to evacuate immediately when told to.  We don’t know if God wants us to experience this trauma so we have greater empathy & compassion for the people who have to flee their homes in the future or we are the first of many to lose everything.  If it’s the former, other refuges may experience the same testing situation in the future.

While we had our to go bag packed & everything else, I think it would be good to remind people to make a written list of what they use daily & attach the list to go bag as a reminder. The trauma of having to leave swiftly freezes the mind.  We left with our to go bag but left the most important things at home.  You don’t pack what you daily use into a to go bag.

Husband’s rosary (he always carries a finger rosary)
My husband’s wallet
Cash
His refrigerated medications
My medications
Valuables that could be sold for cash
Comb & brush
Nail clippers
Curling iron & blow dryer (probably not needed at a refuge)
Makeup
Work-boots
Jackets
Pjs
Reading glasses
Family pictures
Shampoo
Pad of paper
Vitamins
Shaving cream
hat & gloves if winter
We grabbed a blowup bed but forgot sheets, blanket & pillows Address book Sacred vessels for our chapel which were in the safe

So, even though Mary Ann and Robert had done everything our Lord asked us to do per the prophets, we still may experience a trial like they did from a severe weather event or with a fire or something else that will force us to call upon Him and His Mercy. We are all being purified as part of making our robes white as this is where it gets really tough to carry our crosses for Our Lord. Let’s continue to pray for one another and if anyone has a prayer they would like us to post for Mary Ann and Robert, please send it to us. Mary Ann and Robert, we will pray for you to discern God’s Will. Please don’t get discouraged and keep believing that Our Lord has a plan of blessing for you both in Serving Him in these end times.

The woman in this video being interviewed has done an excellent job of discerning Father Michel’s messages and has even received a recent letter from Father Michel Rodrigue because she has a made a contribution towards assisting in building his second monastery as a refuge. There are many Catholics that refuse to believe in Prophets and prophecy and this is why this video is so important.

Our Church teaches that we don’t have to believe in private revelation, but we must believe in public revelation in Scripture and Tradition, so why would we not believe that God has also sent Prophets for our time, like He taught us about the Prophets in the Bible?

God’s Holy Word has taught us that the gift of Prophecy is second only to being an Apostle. This is because it is a gift for the mature believers in Christ, and if we are afraid to listen to prophecy, then maybe we have more advancement to do for our Lord, personally. This is not an insult to anyone, only more of a nudge from Our Lord to keep advancing Spiritually, so that we will be more prepared to Serve Him in these times as His Disciples.

Here is Pastor Paul Begley and Mike From Around The World on the show, the coming Apocalypse. Mike continues to disclose the future map of the West Coast of the United States if the current weather patterns and geological movement of the Earth’s tectonic plates keep going in the direction they are moving. Water will continue inundate both coast lines, including the gulf coast in Florida. Mike believes that both coast lines will be inundated by water at least by just 4 inches in the next two and half years.
