Goodmorning Disciples of Jesus Christ. We are continuing to report escalating news going on around the world, but at the same time continuing to spend as much time with Our Lord as possible. It has been difficult to say the least because we all are continuing to feel Our Lord and His Holy Spirit pull back so that we continue to push into Him and seek Him more. We are not looking for consolations any longer as we are in the dark night of the senses, and we know that Our Lord is still with us, but as the labor pains continue to build more and more, and our own trials continue to drag on, we must keep seeking His Holy Face in Adoration. I wish I could be more joyful, but I think the joy comes after we have persevered through this dark night of the senses in order to get to the Illuminative Way of the Spiritual Life. Our joy comes from Serving Our Lord!

Until then, we just keep spending time with Our Lord, resting in His Presence and singing His Divine Praises and Litanies. Instead of me offering up a prayer today, I am going to post the Litany of the Sacred Heart to Our Lord, Jesus Christ, because we all just have the burning desire to be done with everything that God allows us in our trials and our Spiritual growth. The Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is a beautiful prayer and one of the few approved litanies of the Catholic Church.

Ever since the private revelations of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, the Church has sought to compose a proper Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Various authors created parts of the litany, with a final version approved in1899 by Pope Leo XIII. The Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus includes 33 invocations, one for every year of Jesus’ life.
