Goodmorning Disciples of Jesus Christ. Father Ed Meeks gave another great teaching in his homily recently on having “No Anxiety” in these times we are living that the media and anyone else behind the media keep perpetuating. We know these people to be the Elites that are trying to manipulate and control the world to push everyone into a one world order. But what is more important to remember right now is how we are choosing to live our lives in these labor pains. Father Ed Meeks explained this so well in his homily that the Holy Spirit has put it on our hearts to expound on these two Scriptures. Even though we post many prophets in this blog and their prophetic messages, the fruit of the messages, which is the same with every prophet throughout history, is to get closer to Jesus and become His Disciple. We can’t call ourselves Catholics or Christians if we don’t live out all of the fruits of the Holy Spirit, no matter how troubled and distressed our lives appear to be right now. This is our test from Our Lord to be called and this is the test to become a Saint. The only shortcut to becoming a Saint quicker is to be a martyr for God. So, if we are not currently trying to live out all of the fruits of the Spirit right now, then this should be our main focus, not something a prophet said that didn’t get fulfilled.
We have to remember that the prophets are human just like we are, also trying to be Holy for the Lord. We can’t analyze everything each one said so carefully that it becomes our goal to catch them in a lie when something doesn’t get fulfilled when we believe it should. We must look at the fruits of the messages given to see if these prophets are bringing people closer to Jesus Christ, because this is something we are all supposed to be doing as His Children and Disciples. Our Lord doesn’t warn us about horrible things so that we can get fearful and angry when it doesn’t occur. He warns us of these things so that we can prepare, but mainly to draw closer to Him and Serve Him! If we are living in a state of fear (anxiety) or anger, because of the prophetic messages being put out now by hundreds of different prophets all over the world, then we need to re-examine ourselves and forget about the messages and focus strictly on drawing closer to God. We must be exhibiting the fruits of the Holy Spirit to be able to listen to these prophetic messages and act upon them in a loving, kind, and patient way to Serve God. Satan is attacking all of us right now with fear, anxiety, anger, and temptations to run away from God, but this is the time to draw closer to Him and pray for the graces to overcome these weaknesses that we have.

Final Exhortations

The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

10 I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. 11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
14 Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. 15 Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia, not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only; 16 for even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid more than once when I was in need. 17 Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account. 18 I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

St. Paul is telling us right here to rejoice in the Lord always! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. So, if we are not rejoicing in the fact that Our Lord is coming soon and spreading the love of God, then we are not exhibiting all of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. If we are not exhibiting all of the fruits of the Holy Spirit, then we go back to God and pray for more graces from Him to receive these fruits. This is exactly what the prophets are telling us when they receive a message from Our Lord or Our Blessed Mother telling us that “We are not ready” for what is coming! Because, if Satan is controlling us now with fear, anxiety, or anger, then we are not allowing the fruits of the Holy Spirit to enter our hearts but allowing Satan to pull us away.
Here are the fruits of the Holy Spirit that we must pray for everyday to be received from God, then we must focus on suppressing and rejecting any thoughts of fear, anxiety, or anger. It is also a good time to step back from reviewing prophetic messages if this is happening to you now, and just focus on Jesus Christ, Our King. We should all be doing this since we are in Advent, and it is the best thing to do for all of us because we have already prepared physically for what is coming. The physical part of getting a refuge together is easy compared to the Spiritual preparation with Our Lord in drawing near to His Sacred Heart. “22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”
If we are not exhibiting all of these fruits, then we have some work to do on our souls Spiritually. If any member of our families is listening to prophetic messages and are not exhibiting these fruits, then Satan has captured their thoughts, and they need help from us as God’s Disciples to focus on Jesus, and what He is calling us to do as His Disciples. Prophetic messages are not for everyone because sometimes people tend to focus too much on the preparation and not enough on what Our Lord is truly calling us to do, which is to Repent, and get closer to God! This is the fruit of every prophetic message given to us throughout the history of the Church, and it still stands true to the prophets today. Don’t blame the prophets if someone does not discern the whole point of why God uses prophets to warn His Children. We must each look at ourselves and ask ourselves with God’s help, am I doing what is pleasing to You Lord? Or am I hindering the Salvation of Souls by being angry, judging others, or alienating and unforgiving my family for hurtful things they have done to me? This is a time of our own self-examination of conscience so that when we really are standing in front of Our Lord, whether it be at the Warning, or at our death, we can feel proud that we did everything possible to search out what His Divine Will is and pleasing Him in all of our actions, thoughts, words, and deeds.

Let us Pray – Lord, we pray with all of our hearts to receive all of the fruits of the Holy Spirit today. If we are not trying to exhibit these fruits, then we are not ready to be Your true Disciples. Please convict us by Your Holy Spirit of what we each still need to purge from our souls through confession so that we can receive these fruits. Lord, we are all being attacked by Your enemies, but like St. Paul, we pray with petition and thanksgiving for all of the gifts we have received and the rest of the gifts we still need to live in accordance with Your Divine Will and exhibit these gifts to others. We wish to rejoice in You always and have no fear or anxiety of what is to come. We pray especially for joy, peace, and love in our hearts so that we may bring Your gospel to the nations. We ask all of this of God Our Father in Your mighty name, Jesus Christ. Amen.
